advanced research and education
in earth and environmental
sciences.
Environmental science is the study
of the effects of natural and
unnatural processes, and of
interactions of the physical components of the planet on the environment.
Our program includes a thesis of which provide a foundation for employment in the
private and public sectors of the environmental fields. In addition, the thesis prepares
students for advanced study leading to the doctoral degree.
The core of the program focuses on:
▪ Understanding the science of ecology
▪ Use of scientific methods
▪ Application of the concept of sustainability.
